Fees and payment

Notice of Intention to Marry or enter into Civil Partnership fees £46.50 per person.

£63 per person if, as a couple, you are referred to the Home Office, under the referral and investigation scheme.

Fee for consideration of documentation of a divorce / dissolution outside the British Isles, £55 or £83.

We will advise you at the appointment which fee applies to you.

All prices include the cost of one marriage/civil partnership certificate.

The total fee is non-refundable if you cancel within three months of the ceremony date.

From 6 April if you wish to move your booking to a different time on the same day or a different date/time you will incur an administrative fee of £25.

Paying your fees

The balance of the fee must be paid three months before the ceremony. If you book within three months of the ceremony date, the full, non-refundable fee will need to be paid at the time of booking.
