The Cost of Living Advice Line is available from 9am to 4.30pm on 29, 30 and 31 December for support during the festive holidays.
The advice line is closed at weekends and for festive Bank Holidays but opens again at 9am on 2 January 2025.

The free advice line number is 0800 023 2692. This line is open Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm and offers support to Manchester residents with:
- Benefits and help with your rent
- Advice about debt and paying bills
- Food support – help to find community food provision near you
- Meal vouchers during school holidays for families who receive free school meals
- Help to get online - support to access the internet, laptops, phones and data
