Changes that affect your business rates
The rateable value may change if any physical or material changes are made to your property, for example, building or demolishing an extension.
You must report changes to us immediately.
As owner or ratepayer, you can check and challenge the rateable value of your property. If you’re still not satisfied following a challenge, you can appeal to the Valuation Office Agency.
