Decision
Following public consultation we have extended the duration of the Rochdale Canal Undercroft, Piccadilly Public Spaces Protection Order that originally came into effect on 24 April 2017 under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 for a period of three years. The extension is for a further three years and is in effect until 23 April 2023, at which time it will be reviewed.
