How to have your say
- Complete the online survey.
- Complete a paper survey. Ask your care provider if they can provide one, or request a paper survey by email to ldfeedback@manchester.gov.uk.
- Email your comments direct to ldfeedback@manchester.gov.uk.
- Call Gaddum 0161 834 6069 (and select option 9) if you would like to complete a survey over the phone with a friendly colleague. Phone lines are open 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Come along to one of our focus groups, where you can find out more, meet new people, and give your views in person.
