Pollution Prevention and Control Act 1999 Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 (as amended)
We maintain a public register containing information on all the LA-IPPC and LAPPC installations and mobile plants that we are responsible for. These include industrial processes and businesses such as petrol filling stations and dry cleaners.
The Environmental permits shown below are only those issued by us and fall into two categories.
- Part A2 Installations as defined in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 as amended
- Part B Installations as defined in Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 as amended
A1 Activity is regulated by the Environment Agency who should be contacted for information on A1 permits.
