Permitting fees
There are two different local authority permit fees and charges covering:
- Part A2 Installations and Small Waste Incineration Plant - Read the guidance and fees for Part A2 (LA-IPPC) and
- Part B Installations and Mobile Plant and Solvent Emission Activities - Read the guidance and fees for Part B (LAPPC).

DEFRA have introduced a £52 charge for late payment of environmental subsistence fees. Invoices that remain unpaid 8 weeks after the invoice date will incur the discretionary £52 charge.
