It is the ultimate responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the terms and conditions of booking public space in Manchester are adhered to, even if the applicant is not part of the event management team on the day.
Once your booking has been agreed, you'll receive a letter of consent to confirm that your event may take place; your booking is not confirmed until you've received this letter.
We reserve the right to refuse any request to book an event space, and the right to cancel or stop any event that is in progress, should the event differ from what was outlined and agreed in the booking application.
