St John’s is developing as unique city centre community of creativity, culture and innovation where people can live, work and visit.  Over the past decade St John’s has delivered a mix of developments including Aviva Studios – an internationally unique important centre for arts and culture alongside a range of flexible workspace centred on digital, creative and tech sectors and new residential, hotel and retail development.  

The area known as Enterprise City is a tech, media and creative cluster, built upon the Granada Studios legacy and the site includes: 

  • The ABC Buildings - new modern workspace for media, technology and creative businesses 
  • Manchester Goods Yard – multi-use building for workspace, retail and leisure and houses major employers such as Booking.Com. 
  • Globe and Simpson – An 88,000 sq ft purpose-built modern workspace, which is home to WPP, the global communications and advertising group 
  • Bonded Warehouse – offers flexible workspace, private offices, coworking and creative studios 
  • Redevelopment of the Old Granada Studios headquarters which is anchored by Soho House, VERSA Manchester Studios – a dynamic studios campus, will provide hospitality, production facilities, and innovative workspaces including Studios Galleries and OGS Cube Space 
  • UNION by Vita provides 760 co-living units across studios and shared apartments
