Making the Representation

Representations should be made in writing to the licensing authority where the premises are situated. We also accept representations by email - if email representations are submitted the interested party must also send the licensing authority a signed copy.

A representation must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives:

  • The prevention of crime and disorder;
  • Public safety;
  • The prevention of public nuisance; and
  • The protection of children from harm.
