Each year, we plan maintenance work across Manchester's roads and pavements. It helps to keep them safe, reliable and in good condition.
About the programme
These are the highway maintenance schemes we plan to deliver in 2026/27.
They are our current priorities. However, carrying out the work depends on:
- available funding
- available resources
- other operational needs.
Because of this, scheme details and delivery dates may change. We may need to move some schemes to a later date, or replace them with higher-priority work.
