Parking Services will write to you if a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) has been issued to you. We will never send a text message asking you to pay a PCN. If you receive a text message asking for a payment of a PCN, do not make any payment or provide your banking details and delete the message. If you receive a text asking you for payment, report it to Action Fraud or call 0300 123 2040.

- parking tickets
- bus lane fines
- bus gate fines
- moving traffic fines
- fines for littering from vehicles
You can also use the website to see details, photographs or footage of the incident. Allow 24 hours for this information to be available.
