Training
Before approval, you must complete the 'Skills To Foster' training course. This gives you the basics to start fostering. We also offer many courses to improve your skills, including:
- ADHD
- Anti-bullying
- Attachment training
- Autism
- Equality and diversity
- Health and wellbeing of cared-for children
- Internet safety
- Paediatric first aid
- Reporting and recording
- Understanding the impact of trauma
Courses are a mix of face-to-face and online learning.
