Adult social care fees 2026/27

Our fees vary, depending on the nature of the service provided. Here, you can find our standard sector rates for 2026/27 Core Placements.

As a Real Living Wage employer, we encourage all of our services to pay the Real Living Wage. Paying the Real Living Wage may affect a service's prices.

Some Core Packages of Care will exceed the prices listed, because of the complex nature of the care provided. These are calculated using CareCubed.

All our Core Packages, including those above guide rates, as well as Assessed Need Top Ups and 1:1s, have been increased by 4.5% as of 6 April 2026 for 2026/27.  The 4.5% increase is inclusive of Homecare, Older People, Mental Health, Day Opportunities, Outreach and Supported Living Services.
