Get help with work

Support is available if you:

  • are not working
  • want to return to work
  • are struggling to stay in your job.

Support for your specific situation

Everyone’s situation is different. There may be things outside of your working life that make getting or keeping a job more difficult.

This could include:

  • physical or mental health conditions
  • caring responsibilities
  • gaps in skills or experience
  • confidence or motivation
  • money, housing or other life pressures.

Across Manchester, providers offer support that looks at all of these things to get you the help you need.
