This programme gives personal support to help you get closer to employment. Particularly if you have:
- long term sickness
- a disability
- ill health (physical and/or mental)
- caring responsibilities.
What you get
You will receive:
- a key worker (a named person who supports you)
- a plan based on your goals
- help with CVs and job applications
- access to training.
You may also get connected with specialist support, such as:
- ESOL (English for speakers of other languages)
- health services
- housing advice
- money advice.
Who can join
You can join if you:
- live in Manchester
- are aged 16 to 64
- have the right to work in the UK
- receive public funds (for example, benefits)
- are not currently working.

How to join
The programme is voluntary and will not affect your benefits.
