Surrender of Premises licence

  1. Summary

    If you wish to surrender your Premises Licence, you must give notice to us of your intention to do so.

    Any such notice must be accompanied by the Licence or, if this is not practicable, by a statement of the reasons for the failure to do so.

    Upload a scanned copy of the original Premises Licence

  5. Processing and timescales

    The notification will be processed and a standard acknowledgement letter issued within 14 days of receipt.

    The electronic premises licensing register is currently unavailable. A copy of the register is available for inspection on request, please email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk to make an appointment to view between 9am - 5pm at the Licensing Unit, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M2 5DB.
