The Ultraloop: Saturday 23 March

The Ultraloop 8 is an inclusive and flexible 8 hour running event with no limit to how far you can run and how many 5k loops you can complete. For more information or to register please visit the Resolute Running Events website.

Micheal Mulhearn Easter Fun Fair: Friday 29 March to Sunday 14 April

Mike Mulhearns famous fun fair is back at  Heaton Park this Easter Holidays the event will offer a whole of host family favorite rides from just £2.00. Bonus additional small funfair on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 March.

Run Heaton Park: Sunday 7 April

The Run Heaton 5k, 10k, half marathon and kids race starts and finishes in the beautiful surroundings of Heaton Park. The course runs entirely on pathways and is chip timed. For more information or to register please visit Run Heaton Park

Manchester Festival of Nature: Sunday 30 June

The Manchester Festival of Nature continues to introduce local people to the wild plants and creatures that inhabit the city and its surroundings, organised by the Manchester Nature Consortium. Activities will include natural dyeing, mindfulness, forest bathing, a giant Jenga, wildlife recording, wind spinners, woodland games, willow weaving, seed bombs, scavenger hunts, den building, sphagnum squeezing and some clever research games from MMU. There will music adding to the great atmosphere.
