Can we sign the Partnership Schedule without having a ceremony?
Yes you can.
The registration of a civil partnership has a simple format. If you wish you may simply opt to sign the schedule, without the ceremony, in the presence of your witnesses and a civil partnership registrar.
The civil partnership schedule will contain a form of words that the couple must acknowledge when they sign it and which they can say to each other as part of a civil partnership formation if they wish.
If you do want a ceremony, we can design a ceremony to meet the individual needs of the couple.
