To accept the funding offer you must agree and abide to our terms and conditions. The funding offer is only valid for a two week period from the offer date, and if we don't receive this acceptance form within that period, the offer may be withdrawn.
You also need access to a bank account: this may be for your organisation, or a referee organisation that has agreed to receive the monies on your behalf. We need these details to process this acceptance of funding. We cannot make payments into personal bank accounts.
