Accreditation is now closed.
This form is for members of the media applying for accreditation to attend the count and declaration event for the Gorton and Denton parliamentary constituency by-election.
The count will take place overnight on Thursday 26 February.
Applicant details may be shared with Greater Manchester Police for simple background checks.
Names cannot be changed after this date and late applications will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. A separate form must be completed for each person attending.
You will need to provide current photo ID (NUJ card, passport or photocard driving licence) to gain admission on the day.
