Nazi collection

  1. The resources in this collection were gathered by a member of library staff on active service with the RAF whilst serving on a mission of investigation in Germany immediately after the Second World War.

  2. What's available

    Our collection includes books, pamphlets newspapers, maps and official documents from 1930s Germany. They are mainly written in German and mostly covers preparation for the war.

  3. How to access

    Ask a member of staff in the Central Library search room for a list of items.

    You can also look at items from the collection in the search room, please make an appointment (with at least one day notice).

    We also hold military records for the Second World War.
