Unite Charter for Ethical Employment Standards in the Voluntary and Community Sector

The Unite Charter for Ethical Employment Standards in the Voluntary and Community Sector has been developed to show through its procurement of supply, services and works how we will work together to identify potential areas of non-compliance with the standards set out in the Council’s Ethical Procurement Policy.  The Charter has been adopted into our Ethical Procurement Policy, and as such we expect our suppliers, service providers and contractors, their sub-contractors and their supply chain engaged on contracts awarded by us to commit to these same standards.
