We use your information to verify the authenticity of submitted petitions.

  4. What is the lawful basis we are relying on?

We will not give information about you to anyone else unless your consent has been given or the law allows.

The Council has engaged a data processor to manage the Council's E-petition facility on its behalf. The Council takes measures to safeguard your information and apply controls to prevent unauthorised access to it.
