Improvement details
- Create a ‘filter’ at the top (north) end of York Avenue where it joins Milton Grove, using planters in the road and bollards on the pavement. The filter will allow pedestrians and cyclists to pass through, but not motor vehicles.
- Install ‘No through road for vehicular traffic’ signs on York Avenue, at its junction with Alport Avenue.
