  4. About this library

    The library is run by Z-arts in partnership with Manchester City Council Libraries. Z-arts Children’s Library is a place where children and families can read, imagine, connect, create and have fun. The library is home to lots of books that celebrate diversity, with dedicated sections for preschool, primary and secondary school children. Plus, Z-cafe is just downstairs, the perfect place to grab a cuppa or bite to eat.

    Close to M60 for all motorway routes. There is ample street parking around Z-arts, with Pay and Display parking enforcements. For the Satellite Navigation, our postcode is M15 5ZA.

    On-street parking is available, restrictions are in place from Mon-Fri 8am-6pm only. After 6pm and at the weekend these restrictions are lifted. There are disabled parking bays at the front of the venue, and on some streets you are able to park for an hour or 3 hours for free.

    Please be considerate of our neighbours when parking, making sure you are only in one parking space and not blocking any driveways.
