  1. Summary

    Hairdressers or barber must be registered with us.

    All premises occupied by them for the purpose of that business must also be registered by us. For mobile hairdressers, the premises to be registered is the home address of the hairdresser/barber, or any premises where the equipment is stored and maintained.

  4. Processing and timescales

    We will inspect the premises, if the inspection is satisfactory the licence will be granted and issued within 28 days of receipt of the application.

  5. Legislation

    Registration will remain in force until either the business ceases to exist or registration is cancelled.
