Performing animals registration

  1. Summary

    If you want to exhibit or train performing animals in Great Britain you must be registered with the local authority where you live. 

    To register you must provide full details of the animals and the performances they are to take part in. 

     To change any details of the registration a new application should be submitted

    5 working days.

    Performing Animals (Regulation) Act 1925

  5. Legislation

    Registration will remain in force until the business ceases or registration cancelled.
