Approval is needed if you want to advertise on a licensed hackney carriage or private hire vehicle.
You must apply at least 10 working days before the start date of the proposed advertisement.

- Full colour copy of the requested advert, showing the vehicle and the intended position that the advert will be placed on it ie: full livery, half sides, doors etc.
- A list of vehicle(s) that the advert will be placed on: either registration numbers or hackney carriage/private hire plate numbers
