• To provide advice and support in respect of your application.
• To facilitate the £400 support payment if you are eligible to receive support through the Energy Bill Support Scheme Alternative Fund.

We collect and use this information under Article 6(1)(e) of UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). To undertake our public duties in the administration of the Energy Bills Support Scheme Alternative Fund.

Most of the personal information will be provided by you when completing the application for an Energy Bills Support Scheme Alternative Payment. This personal information is shared with the Council’s Benefits Service by the Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) / Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ).
