Broadcasting, Recording and CCTV (closed circuit television)

  1. Standards information

    1. We use CCTV cameras in areas across our markets to help make them safer. Images are retained for a period of 30 days. You can request CCTV footage using our online form. Some areas may not be covered by our cameras. 
    2. The installation and use of CCTV equipment is only permitted with our express written consent. To apply for permission submit an online permission for works form. 
    3. Filming is not permitted on our markets without advance permission from us. Find more information about filming requests.
    4. The use of equipment for broadcasting or playing films, television programmes, music, or anything similar is restricted. It is only permitted with our express written consent and with the appropriate licences. You must provide evidence of any licences to us whenever requested.     5. Do not use the trading space for pitching i.e., calling out with or without the use of an amplifier, unless we have given you permission to do so. To apply for permission email the market management team.
