  1. What's happening

    • We're improving the toddler area at Alexandra Park by adding picnic tables.
    • We're introducing a marked loading bay within parking bays in Withington Road local centre.
    • We're replacing two damaged picnic benches with two new accessible picnic benches at Manley Park, installing hardstanding around new benches to make them accessible for wheelchair users, and installing four new seating benches in the children's playground area.
    • We're resurfacing the passageway, combined with the Red Passageways City Wide project, to resurface the full stretch of the gated alleyway running the full length at the rear of York Avenue and Cromwell Avenue.
    • We're installing three new accessible picnic benches with associated hardstanding in the children's playground at Alexandra Park, installing hardstanding under three existing benches in the children's playground to make them accessible, installing hardstanding under four existing benches in the Lakeside Cafe area to make them accessible, and installing hardstanding under two existing benches at the tennis courts to make them accessible.
