Harpurhey

Tavistock Square

This project aimed to improve the car park area at Tavistock Square. The work included:

• Updating LED lights
• Installing a memorial bench in Harpurhey Park
• Overlaying the car park surface
• Removing old knee rails
• Adding line markings, including disabled bays and a welcome sign

This work focused on pedestrian safety and improving the local community environment.

No93 project – outdoor classroom

An additional outdoor classroom has been added to the No93 project. This new space will help provide a wider range of events and classes for the community, including wellness classes, cooking courses, and social events.

Harpurhey Park – various improvements

In Harpurhey Park, we have ordered the following new items to improve the park's facilities:

• Four new benches
• A noticeboard
• A new sign

We are currently awaiting an installation date from the contractors. This project is part of our efforts to improve local parks and green spaces.
