Our Contaminated Land Strategy is available to view.
This work involves:
- a programme to identify contaminated land in the Manchester area;
- identifying those responsible for cleaning up the land;
- drawing up plans to remediate and make safe contaminated land sites; and
- keeping a public register of land that has been remediated under the contaminated land regime.
