When you log in to your account, you'll access our new customer portal, Verint. You can use this to see the requests you've logged with us.
To create a new request, go to our website.
Logging in
You'll need to register for an account first. Our new portal launched in April 2024. So if you haven't logged in since then, you will need to register for a new account.
To register your new account you'll need to give your:
- name
- email address.
You'll also need to register a username and password.
Once registered, you'll get an email asking you to verify your email address.
You will need to complete the details on your profile.
If you're using a mobile device, select 'menu' to:
- enter your details
- find information about your requests.
Register your account by selecting 'Register' on the page.

If you've forgotten your password or the email address you provide says it's already in use, you will need to reset your account password.
Reset your password and follow the instructions.
