Businesses in the area before it became an enterprise zone
We won’t award the discount to businesses that were already in the area before it became an enterprise zone in April 2016.
If you expand your business after it became an enterprise zone, we will consider your application for a discount. We will base the decision on a material change, the size of the expansion, the impact on jobs in the area and the contribution to the overall success of the zone.
