Our Workforce Equality Information
Equality, integration and inclusion help to define what Our Manchester is all about. We're proud of how diverse the City is and the opportunities its residents, workers and visitors are able to enjoy. Diversity is also an integral feature of our workforce, and we're committed to leading the way on workforce equality.
We produce an annual report on the equality profile of our workforce, which helps us identify trends and hotspots so we can keep progressing equality within the workforce and in turn, for Our Manchester.
