Description of variation
This application seeks to vary the layout of the licensed area in accordance with the plan submitted with the application. No changes to licensed hours or activities are sought.
Works to be carried out to include:
Ground Floor:
- Reconfiguration and relocation of briefing room;
- Laser tag and golf areas swapped and reconfiguration of those areas including to show layout changes within golf area;
- Relocation of bar and reconfiguration of pool tables;
- New shelves next to bar servery and small reconfiguration of plant, kitchen and bottle areas;
- Reconfiguration of Houdini rooms and relocation of karaoke rooms and reconfiguration of male toilets and office area and relocation of accessible WC.
There are to be no changes to the Mezzanine floor.
The application is in consultation until midnight on 09/05/2024.
