Markets Proof of your legal right to work in the UK

Demonstrating your right to work in the UK

The markets service will not issue an occupancy agreement providing permission to trade on our markets where:

  • you do not have the right to live and work in the UK, or
  • you are subject to a condition preventing you from doing work relating to trading on markets.

This could involve us checking your immigration status with the Home Office at Check a job applicant's right to work: use their share code - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).
