Sports, leisure and the Arts Manchester Culture Awards 2022

About the awards

We are delighted by the success of the Manchester Culture Awards in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022; we knew that the city is alive with creative activity, and the brilliant nominations we receive as part of this awards scheme proves that, without a doubt, to be the case.

What do we mean by culture?

  • craft.

Nominees must be based in the city of Manchester (not Greater Manchester, but the area covered by Manchester City Council) or have a track record of delivering activity for the benefit of the people that live in or visit the city, or that benefits the local economy.

Achievements must have taken place between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2022.

The awards ceremony took place on 24 November 2022. See details of the 2022 winners
