The Local Development Scheme (LDS) explains:
- what planning documents have been produced in Manchester; and
- what planning documents we intend to produce and when they will be ready.
It includes the expected dates that people in the community can get involved in the process.

We’ve updated the LDS 2025-2027 (March 2025 version).
To comply with section 15 (9A) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, the following is a copy of the amendments made to the previous LDS 2025-2027 that was prepared in March 2025.
