The Authority Monitoring Report (formerly Annual Monitoring Report) reviews the progress in the implementation of the Local Plan. For Manchester the Local Plan includes the Core Strategy 2012 and associated documents and the Places for Everyone (PfE) Joint Development Plan 2024 . As the PfE is a joint document for nine GM Councils, a separate AMR has been prepared.

Monitoring Reports have been produced since 2005. All reports produced from 2012 to 2023 are also available.
