Environmental problems Odour pollution

Dog poo

Dog poo odours can be a source of irritation for residents that can interfere with the use of the outdoors and their garden due to a build up of poo.

Problems regarding dog fouling can be resolved informally by politely explaining the problem to the dog owner and trying to come to a compromise.

We can serve a legal Notice to the person(s) responsible for the nuisance where we are satisfied it is affecting health and wellbeing. We can prosecute if they don't comply with the Notice.
