Highlights from Road Safety week 2024
Riot Act CSI show
New for the 2024 Road Safety Week programme was a series of performances by ‘The Riot Act’, who brought their interactive CSI style show to schools to help children learn about road and cycle safety on our busy roads. We went out to Alma Park Primary to speak to the performers, pupils, and teachers to see what it was all about.

Road safety
Road safety is important all year round. Road Safety Week helps remind us to stay safe on the roads and work together to make better choices.
In 2024, Manchester went above and beyond to offer more activities and resources. This is a great opportunity for schools, partners, and the community to work together for a safer city.
Thank you to everyone who helped and took part in this year’s campaign. We’re already looking forward to next year.
