How do we commission research?
Manchester City Council will sometimes work with external research consultancies to carry out research on behalf of the City Council.
In order to speed up the commissioning process the Council has an agreement called the 'Data Sciences Framework', which runs until February 2019 (with a potential for extension for another 2 years). The Council will contact suppliers on the Framework when looking to commission research activities.
