What we do
We work in partnership with the Citizens Advice Bureau to offer clear practical advice in sorting out problems and disagreements with suppliers of goods or services. For example:
- problems with overcharging
- faulty goods
- dodgy workmanship
- underage sales (eg alcohol or fireworks etc)
- dishonest traders and scams.
