Homes and property Help if you are homeless or might lose your home

Our Customer Service Centre and Homelessness Reception are open on an appointment-only basis.

We have two pathways to support depending on your age.

Over 25

  • Please call us on 0161 234 4692 between 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) for help and support.

18 to 25

  • Please call our Young Persons Team between 9am and 4.30pm on 0161 234 1081.

The sooner you call, the more likely we are to find a way to help you keep your home.

If you are homeless and do not have a connection to Manchester, we may refer your application to another authority.
