Our Customer Service Centre and Homelessness Reception are open on an appointment-only basis.

Please call us on 0161 234 4692 between 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) for help and support. The sooner you call, the more likely we are to find a way to help you keep your home.

For young people aged 18-25 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness, please call our Young Persons Team between 9am  and 4.30pm on 0161 234 1081.

For help when the office is closed (weekends, bank holidays and evenings), phone: 0161 234 5001.

If you are homeless and do not have a connection to Manchester, we may refer your application to another authority.
