Postal Vote Renewals
Electors who choose to vote by post must now reapply every three years, in line with new regulations introduced on 30 October 2024.
If you applied for a postal vote before this date, your current postal voting arrangement will expire on 31 January 2026. After this date, you will be required to vote in person at your polling station unless you submit a new application.
We have contacted all affected electors by email or post (if no email address is on file) to inform them of this change and the need to reapply.
If you have not yet responded to this communication, please do so as soon as possible. If you believe this may affect you or have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us for further guidance.
