These are our terms and conditions for treating pests when you book an appointment with us:
- An adult aged 18 or over must be in your property to let us in, otherwise the treatment will not be able to take place. You will need to book another appointment and pay for it again;
- If we can’t make the initial appointment for any reason, and we can’t offer a suitable one within five working days a full refund will be offered;
- If you want to cancel or make changes, you must call us on 0161 234 4928 at least two working days before the appointment. If not, you will be charged. No access or missed appointments count towards your total number of treatment visits. (Working days are Monday-Friday, we do not work bank holidays and weekends);
- For mice, rats, cockroaches and squirrels you have a maximum of three visits. If you are not at home for these visits and do not contact us within 28 days then the job will be closed and you will have to rebook via the call centre and pay again if applicable;
- We can only treat a wasps nest that is located a maximum of 5 meters from the ground, or the gutter height of a roof to a maximum of 5 meters. It is important that you have been able to identify the location of the wasps nest or its entry point prior to our visit. We no longer treat wasps nests from off ladders due to Health and Safety reasons. The lance we use to dispense the chemicals onto the nest or the nest entry point is operated by the technician from off the ground. If the wasp nest or nest entry point can not be located a refund is not applicable so please do not book a wasp treatment plan.
- If you have paid for the treatment, we cannot give a refund if we do not find any evidence of pests or we identify that the pest you have is not one we treat. For example honey bees rather than wasps. We do however offer a free insect identification service please call 0161 234 4928 prior to booking if you require this assistance;
- If you pay for the wrong treatment, for example, rat treatment but you have mice, the session will not take place. You will need to call 0161 234 4928 to book a new appointment for the right pest and a refund will be arranged;
- If you book a residential treatment plan and your property is a HMO you will not receive a refund if we attend. Please cancel providing to clear working days notice before the appointment and rebook a treatment via the commercial pest control team.
- A treatment consists of up to 3 visits. Follow the advice we will give you on how to prevent reinfestation.
- Should you require further visits after the final visit, you must book and pay for a new course of treatments either online or via our call centre
- You must follow all health and safety advice we give during our visit to prevent secondary poisoning.
